Wasabi was created by Peter Tham, a renowned chef and sushi chef in California. Peter has worked for years in many of California’s (Southern CA and Northern CA) best sushi restaurants, prior to opening Wasabi in Citrus Heights in 1999.

Wasabi quickly became the region’s premier Asian restaurant, with over 100 sushi rolls, unique specialty dishes, and the best sushi rice that exceeds the most discretionary sushi lover.
